On Friday, January 26, 2018, following a cry from the heart launched by the populations of Tiéningboué, the Director General of ONEP Mr. BERTE Ibrahiman went to Tiéningboué in the Department of Mankono on the instruction of the Minister of Economic Infrastructure to reassure the populations of Tiéningboué who suffer from lack. According to the CEO of ONEP, work on the Tiéningboué water tower will resume at the end of January for a period of two (2) months. Mr. BERTE Ibrahiman also announced the "Water for All" program, a government program that will allow the construction of 200 water towers, the rehabilitation of 21 human-powered pumps for a total cost of 200 billion. This program will solve water problems in all localities experiencing drinking water supply difficulties in Côte d'Ivoire.
It should be noted that an ONEP tanker truck with a capacity of 10,000 liters supplied the sub-prefecture of Tiéningboué for days.
